Our mounting parts allow you to mount your Starlink Satellite flat (Mini only) on your caravan, camper, boat, or roof rack.

We print these using high-quality ABS with 5 walls for enhanced durability and a solid Gyroid infill pattern—unlike others that use only 3 walls with no infill.

The versatility of our material allows for full customisation to match your preferred colour scheme. You can prime and paint it to your liking or apply a clear coat for a sleek finish with added UV protection. Designed for both durability and aesthetics, our product is the perfect addition to your project.

The mounting parts are precision-engineered to accommodate the angle, allowing them to slide in and securely interlock. You can attach them to your vehicle using screws or adhesive, with many customers achieving excellent results using adhesive alone.

The mount requires but does not include:

• Sikaflex / Silicone
• We recommend using 1mm Extreme Double-Sided Mounting Tape to secure the dish to the mount. For added durability, we personally use silicone.
• Bolts M4 x XX
• Any paint or primer
• Any of the Starlink dish or parts
• For bonding ABS parts, we’ve found that Selleys 3ml Selleys All Plastics works exceptionally well.
• You can use (MIN CI Strong Rubber Coated Neodymium Magnets) the holes are 4mm

Note:
Q: How is the Starlink (Mini) dish secured in the frame?
A: This can be mounted in various ways. For the best results, we recommend using high-quality double-sided tape, Sikaflex, or silicone for a secure and durable hold.

Q: If you’re asking about enclosing a Starlink mini dish, it’s generally NOT RECOMMENDED to cover it with any material. Starlink dishes are designed to operate in open environments, and enclosing them could interfere with their ability to receive a clear signal. Additionally, enclosing the dish might cause heat buildup, which could lead to performance issues!
A: Starlink does NOT recommend covering the dish with any material, including clear coverings. It is designed to dissipate heat, and obstructing this process can lead to performance issues.

ABS is a strong and rigid plastic,
It offers exceptional quality and dimensional stability across a wide temperature range, preventing warping. With high rigidity and strength, it resists deformation under both tensile and compressive loads, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Locate the Connection Symbols:

Each section has symbols at the bottom, on the inside between the joins, to guide assembly, for example:
• “A” connects to “A”
• “B” connects to “B”
• “C” connects to “C”
• “D” reconnects to “A” to complete all four joins.

Follow the Sequence:

Assemble the sections in the following order
• A-B
• B-C
• C-D
• D-A

• Identify the Cable Slot:
  A designated slot for the cable is marked with the word “Cable.”
  On white versions, this marking is more visible. For black versions, the marking is present but may be less distinct.
