Orders are prepared and dispatched from Australia. Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout for the delivery address entered.
Made-to-order products
Some 3D-printed products are manufactured after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Any stated estimate is a guide rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details are provided with the order update. Customers can also review orders through My Account.
Address accuracy
Please check the complete delivery address before submitting an order. Contact DigArt promptly if an address correction is required; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
