Australian-Made Starlink Mini Flat Mount – Black
Designed and 3D printed by DigArt Australia in Queensland, this four-piece low-profile mount is made specifically for the Starlink Mini.
It provides a clean mounting solution for caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes, 4WDs, boats and suitable roof-rack installations while maintaining access to the Starlink Mini cable connection.

Durable ABS Construction
Each section is printed from heat-resistant black ABS using five perimeter walls and a gyroid internal structure for added strength and rigidity. The four sections join to create a compact supporting frame around the Starlink Mini.
As with all 3D-printed products, subtle layer lines and small surface variations may be visible. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not affect the intended operation of the mount.
Colour and UV Protection
This mount is supplied in black ABS. It may be retained in its original finish or prepared and painted to complement your vehicle or installation.
For extended outdoor exposure, we recommend applying a suitable UV-stable coating that is compatible with ABS. Follow the coating manufacturer’s surface-preparation and application instructions.

Additional Installation Materials
The appropriate installation method will depend on the vehicle, roof rack and mounting surface. Depending on your installation, you may require:
- Suitable M4 fasteners of the correct type and length
- Automotive-grade double-sided mounting tape
- A suitable flexible sealant or adhesive, such as a compatible Sikaflex product
- ABS-compatible adhesive for joining the frame sections, if required
- Suitable rubber-coated magnets where magnetic mounting is appropriate
- Plastic primer, paint or a UV-stable protective coating
Assembly Guide
1. Identify the Four Sections
The mount consists of four sections. Each section is marked with two letters identifying its position in the completed frame:
- Section A–B
- Section B–C
- Section C–D
- Section D–A
2. Arrange the Sections
Lay the sections on a flat surface in the following order:
- A–B
- B–C
- C–D
- D–A
This arrangement forms the complete rectangular frame around the Starlink Mini.
3. Connect the Matching Letters
Join the ends carrying the same letter:
- Connect the B end of section A–B to the B end of section B–C.
- Connect the C end of section B–C to the C end of section C–D.
- Connect the D end of section C–D to the D end of section D–A.
- Connect the A end of section D–A to the A end of section A–B to complete the frame.
4. Locate the Cable Opening
The cable opening is identified by the word “Cable” on the inside of the mount. The marking may be less visible on the black version, so locate the cable opening before joining and securing the sections.
5. Secure the Starlink Mini
The dish may be retained using an appropriate mounting method such as automotive-grade double-sided tape, a compatible flexible sealant or another method suitable for the installation.
Confirm that the Starlink Mini and all four mount sections are secure before travelling. Inspect the complete installation regularly and after rough-road travel or severe weather.
Before Installation
- Confirm that your device is a Starlink Mini.
- Check that the mounting surface is sufficiently strong and suitable.
- Plan the cable route before joining and securing the mount.
- Allow sufficient clearance around the dish and cable connection.
- Position the Starlink Mini where it has the clearest practical view of the sky.
- Confirm that all components are secure before driving or travelling.
Important Operating Information
Do not place a solid or clear cover over the Starlink Mini. Covering or enclosing the unit may affect signal performance and heat dissipation. Install and operate the Starlink Mini in accordance with Starlink’s current instructions.
